We understand that samples will help make your purchasing decision much easier.  We want to make sure we send qualified sample request promptly.  Please email us at including your company name, address, and contact number.  Provide the item number, quantity, and any relevant details about the project.  

Note: Some samples are free of charge but the customer is responsible for shipping fees. You can provide your shipping account information or you may pay with a credit card. 



How should I send my logo or artwork?

  • All artwork should be submitted in Adobe Illustrator (.eps, .ai, .pdf) vector format
  • You can also send Adobe Photoshop files in (.psd, .jpg, .png) with a minimum resolution of 300dpi

Is there a fee to alter my artwork?

  • For simple modifications to your artwork/logo, our art department will make edits at no extra charge (resize, color change)
  • Artwork that requires vectorization, we will charge a nominal fee of $40 per hour.  We will notify you if additional charges is required to prepare your artwork for printing.

Do you keep my artwork?

  • We keep your artwork on file to make reordering easy for you.

Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?

  • Absolutely! Keep in mind that in some cases, there is a separate charge in order for exact match.  There are also products where exact color matching is not possible.  Your client representative will inform you with all the details.


Shipping and Delivery:

When will I get my order?

  • Production time is listed on all of the items on the website.  The number of days for delivery will depend on the shipping method or your in-hand required date.

Do you ship Internationally?

  • In most cases, Yes! Your client representative will provide you additional information if you have any questions.  Just call us!

How long will it take to produce my items?

  • Production time will vary depending on the type of product.  Since most items are in stock, we are able to start production immediately after we receive your approval. To get a better understanding of lead times, please visit the product which will outline its standard delivery window.  Higher quantities such 5000 + pieces will require us to check inventory to determine a delivery window.  A delivery window will be provided in your Agreement in which you will need to approve prior to production. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any question.

I need my order rushed!

  • If you need items sooner than expected or planned for, rest assure USA Promo Items can help meet your deadline.  We offer 24 Hour production on most of our products, so please contact us now for details.  Rush and expedited shipping cost may apply.


Payment Terms:

What type of payments to you accept?

All orders can be processed by any major credit card using (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  Since we are setup to do offline payment processing, your credit card is not charged automatically when you submit your online order.  We make sure we can fulfill your order prior to charging your credit card. 

Net Terms

We do accept Net 15 and 30 Payment Terms for United States Government Agencies and Public School Systems only. We require that you send a copy of the formal purchase order along with the signed and approved order confirmation your sales representative will create for you. Please call us if you would like more information on payment terms.


Cancellations & Changes:

Custom Printed orders can NOT be cancelled or edited/changed once you have signed and approved the Agreement. The order will be processed and delivered as stated on the original Agreement terms.  Please make sure to review the terms of your order carefully prior to submitting it back to us.   

Plain Products are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. Once you submit your online order we do our best to process it immediately.  If we have not charged or shipped your order, you are welcome to cancel at no penalty. Since we are setup to do offline payment processing, your credit card is not charged automatically when you submit your online order.  We make sure we can fulfill your order prior to charging your credit card. If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately.  We will let you know the status of your order and see if we can cancel it before it is processed and shipped.


Returns & Exchange Policy:

Plain Products or Non-Imprinted orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the time the package was delivered.  In the case an error is made by USA Promo Items, we will provide you with a return label.  We can correct the mistake and ship the correct product or we can credit your purchase in full. If the return is not the fault of US Promo Items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied once your return has been received. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs in the case it is not USA Promo Items fault.  Items must be unused and damage free.  Be sure to use a traceable and/or insurable carrier for your return shipments for USA Promo Items, is not liable for any lost or mishandled shipments sent back to us.  If you have more questions in the regard, please email us at or call us at 1-888-407-9929.

Custom Printed products are not returnable or refundable. Please make sure to review your Agreement carefully prior to submitting it back to us.  USA Promo Items will not be held responsible for any overview mistakes/errors you failed to miss prior to submitting your order.  By signing and sending the Agreement back to us, you confirm that you have reviewed the Agreement carefully and all the information stated is true and error free.  Production will begin immediately once we receive your signed approval.  We want to avoid any mistakes, therefore we will work you hand in hand to assure your order has been submitted correctly.


Sales Tax:

In accordance with California State law, all goods shipped and/or billed to a California based address; we are required to collect taxes.  Any purchasers with a valid resale permit issued by the California Board of Equalization can quality for a Non Taxed purchase.  We will need a copy of your resellers permit along with our resellers agreement via email at or fax us at 1-909-697-2006
